Help Please! For the past two weeks or so my PC has started to randomly reboot itself. I did do some research online and found articles that said to check event viewer which i did. This is what i got out of it. i get a critical error with the event ID 41, source kernal power, Log system.

From some of the things i have read people have to many things that it could be but, one of the popular ones seems to be a bad PSU. Anything i can look for, check, test to see if it is a bad PSU or something else altogether?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

I know that. What i am wondering is if that is the most logical conclusion. I have barely had the PSU for a year so still have warranty on it. The trouble will come from having to return it cause who knows how long i will have to wait for my replacement.

It'd be helpful, if you actually gave your system specs, so I can help determine whether or not that would actually help.

You generally don't need to test the PSU... Just look at the specs of your PSU and then look at the power and amps you need on the 12v rail and you'll know whether or not your PSU is a bad one or not. Otherwise your PSU can just die on you, then you know your PSU is a bad one... There probably are better ways, but these are probably the easiest ways.
