What is the best DDR3 memory to get?

For gaming? a RAM at 1866mhz at cl9 is the best imo, either corsair vengeance, or g skill sniper , normal ssds transfer at a rate of 6gb/s but m.2 does it at 10gb/s I think

Yes the best is G.Skill Ripjaws X Series. Why? When you install the CPU cooler on if you do, then there will be a clearance rather then getting a tall Corsair Vengeance. I just know that M.2 SSD are small and are just like every SSD, but not too sure about performance.
