Hey Guys! So I've been searching and found a US Graphics Card, which looks quite cheap and reliable. I was wondering whether it will work in this specific rig?

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
GPU: Gigabyte R9 280x Rev2.0
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 (Evo?) R2.0
Memory/RAM: 8GB DDR3
CPU Fan: Coolermaster Hyper Evo 212
PSU: Corsair CX600 600w

Does this depend on my PSU?

Also I will be intending to Overclock, will my PSU be enough to Overclock?

Solution
Yes the 600W will be enough. However I wouldn't go with Corsair CX series, they aren't that good. I will go with either Antec, EVGA, SeaSonic, Thermaltake or XFX for PSU. But if you already got that then it's alright.

To fit a GPU you will need a case that will fit (so please specify) and a PCIx16 slot which you have. So it will be fine and country don't matter. So just go for the price. :D

Those GPUs should be same on global scale.
You can always try to compare exact model numbers of graphic card at US store with model number at some of your local stores. If those are same it's exactly same graphic card. By model number i don't mean something like Sapphire R9 290X, but 11227-00-40G. Not all shops list those numbers so it may be hard to find them, but these identify exact model, including how many GB memory it got, if its OC or not and so on.

EDIT:
Be careful with price, keep in mind price of postage and possible VAT or tax you may pay when you import stuff from US. Also keep in mind possible problems with return or warranty. US got cheaper hardware generally, but not always it's worth it if you have to import it to EU.

Other than that follow recommendations in previous post made by Joeteoh99.
