I have three dell u2414h monitors connected to my geforce 670 using one HDMI cable and two HDMI to DVI cables. Most of the time they work fine but occasionally the one on the right simply loses connection altogether, and then regains it after I turn it off and on again. Only the middle monitor is connected using a HDMI cable while the others use the converters since my GPU only has 1 HDMI port but has 2 DVI ports, a port that the monitors do not have. My OS is windows 7 and as far as I can tell this never happens when gaming, during which I am only using the center screen. I very rarely use nvidia surround and have so far encountered no problems with it.
