Greetings! :)

I'm planning on upgrading from an old GTX460 to MSI R9270X (http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R9_270X_GAMING_2G.html) ! However, before ordering my new card, I would love if some professionals could check if it would work correctly with my PSU and motherboard.

Here's a link to my PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And my motherboard, too: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99X_EVO_R20/

Thanks in advance for any help! :)

My CPU is FX-8150 and I do not overclock. Not brave enough for that! :p  Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
