MSI Z97 XPOWER AC is this a good motherboard ?

I'm hoping to build a PC for gaming and to watch movies price doesn't matter but future proof does! I like all the features of the MSI Z97 XPOWER AC but a lot of treads like the ASUS Maximus VII formula so now Idk which motherboard to go with! If your budget didn't matter what motherboard would you get even if it's a different brand all together just want the best thank you again in advance for any help!

If you want to overclocking,MSI Z97 XPOWER AC or MPOWER both are good mobo,
I have MSI Z97 MPOWER.I use MSI Z97 MPOWER with i7 4790K overclocking up to 4.7GHz stabile.

Quality Control, its a crapshoot if you get a board that works as it should. On paper MSI is just fine, their higher end stuff anyway. Ive had nothing but bad experiences with them

( 1 in 7 boards working as they should have)

Yeah Fran I know it was a bit like apples and oranges there, but what triggered me saying that is if what motherboard would I get if money was no object.

And i want that UD5 Bad for my next build lol

Thank you for the information I have no idea what motherboard I wanna get now lol so the top ASUS MSI & Gigabyte I'm thinking about I love that all the boards say they can handle 4K AND all have very close spec.with a few differences and that makes it even harder!
