Hi so in the past week, every time I boot up my PC it comes up with an ASUStek error screen and tells me I have a "CPU Fan Error" and has the option to press F1 to continue to the BIOS.
When on the BIOS page it does say that the CPU Fan is N/A, but I have a Corsair H55 liquid CPU cooler and I can see/feel the external fan to the Liquid cooler always working while the PC is turned on. On top of that, my CPU is never really getting about 40-50 degrees at any point.
The Error is causing me no problems apart from me kind of worrying that something is wrong. And I feel I shouldn't be ignoring it - but my PC and CPU are running fine otherwise - any advice on how to fix the error?
Important specs:
Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V LK
CPU - Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.4GHz
Booting Drive - Sandisk SDSSDXP 120GB 2.5" SATA III Solid State
Alternate Drive - Hitachi 1TB HDD
CPU Cooling - Corsair Hydro Series H55 Liquid Cooler
PSU - Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK Builder Series 600W
