Hi,
I have a little bit confusion that what I do? I have researched online solution for my problem but not getting proper solution. Problem is that my DVD drive is not found in Windows 7, even if it's visible in the BIOS and using the standard driver. Before some days, I had contact to tech support i.e. Click4Support tech support, and provided me some solution & review for my problem.
Solution is : The standard solution here is to run REGEDIT, browse to Resetting the drive letter has worked for some. Click Start, type Disk Management and choose the "Create and format hard disk partitions" link. If your optical drive is visible here then right-click it, select Change Drive Letter and Paths, click Change and choose a new letter. If the drive is now visible in Explorer, then repeat the process to change the drive letter back; if it's still not visible, reboot and it should appear. But I am not understanding this steps, if any easy solution is available, please suggest to me...

I am waiting your reply!!

Notes

Some programs make references to specific drive letters. If you change a drive letter, these programs might not work correctly.

If you get an error, the drive you are trying to change might be in use. Close any program or window that is using the drive and try again.
