Is this a solid build for the price?

Hey everyone,
I may upgrade my current system and wanted to know whether these are the best parts in the price range and if I can make any additions without a big increase in price.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU: XFX Double Dissipation R9 290 4GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2400MHz
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W

Sure is. But I would rather go with a G.Skill Ripjaws X series as it will have more clearance when a CPU cooler is installed. Which comes to me asking, where's the CPU cooler? And also 2400MHz is too,much if it's for gaming, but if you render or edit then 2400MHz is good.
