Phenom II x6 1055T

Hi to all overclocking experts :D

I have Phenom II x6 1055T cpu, it is on stock 2.8GHz and using 1.440 - 1.646 core V(according to CPU-Z)

now i want to do what this guy did in this thread http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/297120-28-phenom-1055t-temps

quote: "My 1055T was heavily Overvolted at 'stock'. I was able to drop the voltage to 1.275V (from stock 1.425V) while raising the non-turbo clock to 3.2GHz. This dropped temps and power consumption a ton."

Should I mess with this and if so how can I do that ?

Do it through the BIOS is you want to. Undervolting reduces power consumption and may increase the life of your processor, but it also decreases stability. I would suggest overclocking at stock voltages instead to make your PC a bit faster.
You can test stability using Prime95.
