I am interested if i can put Cooler Master Seidon 120m on my Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Windforce Oc Edition, the water cooler is pretty cheap at my local store(50 euros)and i want to buy one for my gpu to minimize the temps and have more oc power so is it possible to put it on my gpu or is it only a cpu cooler?

Solution
Probably possible, but not worth the hassle, that Windforce cooler should keep the card cool, even under extreme overclocking.
If you're going to WC, don't forget more than just the GPU needs to be cooled, you can probably get away with just adding heatsinks to the memory chips but the VRMs MUST be adequately cooled which will mean some sort of fan blowing air directly onto their heatsinks.
Probably one of the better solutions (for the R9 280) would be the NZXT Kraken with the G10 add on: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-007-NX&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=787 if you're determined to go WC.
Right now I'm running a HD7950 (earlier version of the R9 280) with a 950/1450OC and the Gelid Icy Vision cooler ...

I was looking to pretty much push the card to the limits also im planing to get r9 280 and i think i will need the water cooler for not just overclocking it i want to keep everything nice and cool so i was asking will it fit on a gpu or is it just a cpu cooler?

Fitting CM Seidon 120m to gtx 750 ti is possible. No problem with that. For a full load, the gpu temp might reach upto 50C.
