can i upgrade my pc using this hardware ?

For Current Machine is:

Mobo : ASUS P8H61M-LE/USB3
Processor : Intel® Core™ i3-2100 Processor (3M Cache, 3.10 GHz)
Graphic Card : ASUS GeForce® GTX 650 Ti Boost DirectCU II (GTX650TIB-DC2OC-2GD5)
Memory Ram : 8 GB DDR3 1333MHz (2x4)
Monitor : LG 22MP65-HQ
Harddisk 1 : Western Digital WD5000AAKX 500GB
Harddisk 2 : WD20EZRX 2TB
Case : Corsair Carbide 200R
Power Supply : Corsair CX500

my plan is upgrading my Mobo + processor into Haswell series
but seem my PSU can't support C6/C7 so i decided to disable it....

if i upgrading using (i didnt use the overclocking feature):
got 3 choices of motherboard
ASUS H97-PRO
ASUS H97-PRO GAMER
ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER

1. can someone tell me about the differences between ASUS H97-PRO & ASUS H97-PRO GAMER
because i see that h97 pro gamer is cheaper then h97-pro itself
2. which is better for gaming

then the Processor is :
Intel® Core™ i5-4690 Processor
(6M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz)

so can i handle this kind of hardware
h97-Pro + i5-4690
h97-pro gamer + i5-4690
maximus ranger + i5-4690

You could get a used i5/i7 sandy bridge or a new ivy bridge chip. Like the 2500k/2600k(used) or 3570k 3770k(new) for example. It will fare a lot better in games than your i3, and will not bottleneck any signal video card. PS: You may have to update your bios first though to support certain model chips. The difference between haswell and ivy bridge is pretty much non exsistant in games. Haswell was barely an improvment really.

I concur excepting on the K series part none of the boards you have listed are capable of overclocking so I assume you have no interest in doing so, an i5-2500/i5-3570 is the way to go. Save yourself the risk of swapping out the motherboard (OS might become invalidated) and you can then put some more cash into faster memory or a faster video card. I also suggest a better power supply at some point.

actually my current motherboard already running 2 or 2.5 years already
i usually using my pc 24/7 without restart with the most 8 days straight because there always a blackout in this city at least 1 days 6 hours estimated
my motherboard cant support my carbide 200r front usb 3.0
and that why i decided to change my motherboard + processor

so am i just changing my current processor into core i5-3570 only
or i should change to core i5-3570 with ASUS P8H77-V

1. i dont have any knowledge about any overclocking
2. i dont have any knowledge about any bios except booting and some rookie thing

is that current power supply is enought to run my hardware if i change into core i5-3570
or core i5-3570 with ASUS P8H77-V
my friend said always go with atx series... is there any problem with uAtx or mAtx
since i using it 24 hour 7 days if possible non-stop

I have many computers that run 24/7 on cheaper motherboards (DELL, Lenovo, HP, etc) Most of these are Micro-ATX. Nothing wrong with an ATX board, leaves you a little more room for expansion if you ever needed it.

Not sure I would replace an entire motherboard for USB port convenience, you can always buy a cheap PCIe 1x USB card to add that capability (I assume you need a USB 3.0 header) :

Overclocking and BIOS manipulation is fairly straightforward. For the uninitiated there are comprehensive guides on places like overclock.net.

Your power supply is adequate for running a CPU and a single moderate GPU. Too many peripherals and too much ambient temperature and you might be pushing it.

may i ask i more question
Intel Core i5 3570 3.4Ghz Cache 6MB [Box] Socket LGA 1155
if i only buy processor, it say box.. am i received default heatsink from that processor and is thermal paste already applied or i must apply myself ?
if i need to apply myself which thermal paste should i pick ?
i try searching for Arctic Cooling MX2 but none sold it here...

just come one some idea, because i dont need to change my mobo... can i just go to i7-3770 ?

You could get an i7-3770 , doesn't gain you a whole lot in games over an i5-3570.

These will come with heatsinks with a single use application of heat sink compound pre-applied to the base.

for my current mobo cant handle memory more than 1333 clock
