how much fps will this build run minecraft.

Solution
I have a very similar GPU (HD 7790) I can run Minecraft on max with about 80+ FPS (sometimes up to 200). On BF4, on ultra setting, I can run the game with about 20+ FPS with a max of 45. But on medium setting I get about 50+ smooth FPS. So it is playable. Now, since your GPU is a step down from mine, I'd take away about 10-15 FPS on everything (still very playable).

And here is a 7770 with a comparable CPU playing gmod.

That build should be fine for now but if you want a good system that could max out most games go for this:

i5s are pretty good CPUs and the Athlon can be a little bit of a bottleneck when upgrading GPUs unlike the i5, the i5 can also overclock if you need to in the future. I also changed the graphics card to a 2gb GDDR5 card. 2GB GDDR5 can basically handle any game on max settings.

I didnt add a keyboard or mouse but I would not go for a keyboard that expensive, same for the mouse. Logitech is a good brand to look for keyboards and mouses.

Just the hardware. But will run anything and everything for the foreseeable future.

I'd guess that actually lowers the FPS some, because you are making minecraft a higher resolution.

It improves the fps because in fullscreen mode because Windows doesn't have to render other programs and the desktop.
