Which cpu cooler is better for i7 4790k.

Well the most trusted with proven performance is the H100i, a good performance/ price. The other 3 mentioned are good too but if you want the best then its Corsair here

H100i is a better cooler. But, you should consider liquid cooling if you're planning for some extreme OCing (or we can say enthusiast level) like 4.7-4.8GHz+ stable. A Noctua D14 is a quieter, cheaper and the best air cooler around for even some high-very high OCing.
Unfortunately only these are available in my country to buy. What about thermaltake big water 760 pro. And how about cooler master nepton 280L liquid cpu cooler and the cooler master seidon 240M liquid cpu cooler. And sure enough i would do overclock the cpu.
