Internet stutter - solution from another topic won't work!

I guess I can describe this problem to being similar the one described on this topic:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/38546-42-internet-stuttering-seconds

But its not like a full stutter, its more like "micro" stutter. MMO's feel jerky, teamspeak is stuttery, but strangely, when I host a borderlands 2 session, people don't seem to be reporting problems with the connection, but I see them as stuttery...

The problem is that I cannot fix this the same way as in the aforementioned link, I use ZTE-MF 60 3G modem and I don't think I can establish QoS with that one.

Is there anything else I could do?

"I use ZTE-MF 3G modem"

You can't even start to compare your internet connection to someone that is using a cable modem or even a adsl connection. Mobile broadband is optimized for mobility at the expense of data throughput and data quality.

Since you have a 3G modem it means you are not running even LTE. There is massive jitter in the older systems which is what is causing the stuttering. Games use the packet delivery rates to calculate timing in the game but when these rates are not consistent the game will not be able to predict the location correctly. The newer LTE (ie 4g) system have much less jitter but still have a lot compared to a cable modem.

You are pretty much picking the absolute worst gaming network connection you can. You have a wireless connection coming in that can be compromised and then you use a second wireless connection (802.11) to your PC. Both these connection are subject to interference that can cause random delays.

Even if you were to use a 4g-LTE connection with a wired connection to the modem you would likely still see some problems...although likely less. Your only real solution is to get a wired form of internet.

You do have the advantage that you can play games in a moving car unlike the guys who have there stutter free connections in their house.

You don't understand, its only for the last month its been doing that, nothing more. Even ping test has rated my connection as "B" with packet loss never exceeding 2%. Online games were fluent, there were no browsing issues.
