I have an Nvidia Geforce 7950 GT video card. It is not working so I want to get a new video card. On the specs list it says it has PCI express x16 connection. On the website I am browsing I can choose the following ones:

AGP
PCI
PCI Express Gen2 x16
PCI-E 2.0
PCI-E 2.1
PCI-e 3.0 x16
PCI-ex 16
PCIe
PCIe 3.0

Which one is compatible with my motherboard?

I have a M2V890/DP

Your mobo has one PCI Express x16 so it should run any graphics card. Which card you are considering?

I was looking at MSI R7 250 1GD5 OC. I am not really into this computer stuff, but I am only using my PC to play League of Legends so I guess that card will be fine. Waiting for answer because I am sure you guys know it better than me.

R7 250 will be good enough for your gaming requirement and it will run on your mobo as well.

It says its power consumption is 59(I guess W) and the recommended power is 400. I have a 250W peak 300W power supply. Can this be a problem?

I can't give exact specs because I can't see anything on the computer because my video card broke but I try to tell you any information I have.

Motherboard: M2V-TVM
Video card: Nvidia Geforce 7950 GT
My power supply has the following written on it: DELTA/GPS-300AB C E00
My HDD is: Barracuda 7200.7 ST380011A model
RAM: 2x1GB Kigmax KLCD48F-A8KL5
My DVD reader/writer is disconnected right now.
I can't tell what my CPU is sorry.

As R7 250 does not need dedicated power connector from psu. It will draw power from pcie slot. Your 300w psu should run it. If it does not then you should upgrade the psu.
