i use a raidmax superaelous
when i game ma temps reach around 70-77degrees under load of avg 75%.is ok to game for long time wth these temps.am using stock cooler

It's a bit on the higher side. Do you have enough airflow going in and out of your case, and is there dust clogging up the heatsink?

managed to get around 65-70 max temps after playing few games for around 1-2 hrs.is this normal

It's still within its safe temperatures, and seems more acceptable in my opinion compared to the 70-77 you were getting before.

What cooler are you using on the CPU, nonethe less Calnin is right, it is a bit warm but not dangerously. If your on the stock cooler I would still reccomend changing it as they tend to degrade very quickely.

check your heat sink for dust stopping the airflow and i would recommend using a cooler
That would keep the CPU cool to an extent
