I want a gaming computer that can run games like watch dogs and gta V on high. My friend made me this build which he thinks is good for my budget (700$ with shipping and taxes) but i don't know anything about computers.

My build is:
-Rosewill challenger case (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...)

-Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...)

-MSI 970A-G43 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...)

-Rosewill Stallion Series RD400-2-SB 400W ATX 12V v2.2 Power Supply
(http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...)

-G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL
(http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...)

-AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX
(http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...)

-ASUS R9270-DC2OC-2GD5 Radeon R9 270 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
(http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...)

Is this computer build good because i honestly have no clue on what happens inside a computer and rather make sure my friend built it well.

Your PSU might be at it's upper limit and doesn't provide enough headroom for a decent overclock I believe...

As for the motherboard, it wouldn't support any decent overclock anyways. It's probably one of the most basic motherboard for functionality.

The system will work though, but I'm not sure about gaming quality and resolution of the games you want to play since GTAV is not out yet.

Watch dogs should be at least medium 1080p though.

Like stated above you're going to be pushing the limits on that PSU and I suggest 8GN of ram standard anymore it's easy to use most of the 4GB that you have and would go with DDR3 1600 speed standard also. Graphics is ok but you wont be playing new games at 1080p with everything maxed out. A 270X or 280 would be a lot better check out the article for best GPU for the money on this site. I'll post a link also for PSU and good make/model to chose from and I would suggest a good 500 or 550 watt PSU.
