Went with some slightly cheaper parts on this one:

As a note, I hope you have a storage drive and what not because there isn't one included in the build you linked.

As for the parts I changed, I just changed the PSU to something that's cheaper. It's definitely overkill and you'll most likely not even use half of it, but for the price, can't really say no to it.

Noctua are known for high performance and silent operation.
I think you should just add another 2 more fans, as long the airflow in your tower is going in and out I don't see a problem.
