The 750ti with no additional power connector will pull @63w, a 4690k stock system @200w. You could OC to @4.3 and still be ok, but higher than that is pushing it. CX are not what I'd consider quality units, mediocre would be a better description.
Agreed with Legend001523, I use lots of Corsair 430W units in my workstations but typically I dont like to put less then 500W in anything with a decent graphics card.

more than enough… just make sure you get a quality unit. if your looking at the "builder" series, you would be better off just getting the antec vp450 since it is a much higher quality build in a lower wattage.
