Unusual Error occurred recently: Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) when connecting Samsung android Galaxy-Fit to Acer Aspire notebook windows 8 64-bit.

Yesterday after copying some files from a friend's USB drive (unfortunately had loads of viruses) that my Windows Defender handled them after one quick scan and another full scan to all files on hard disk.
■ The viruses were

[SOLUTION] After a whole week of searching all possible solutions for this issue, starting from re-installing drivers and trying different power options and far to dialing secret code *#7284# , etc.... and all of them failed. so what ended up to be the simple solution is so weird because a week ago when the problem started I tried a different USB Cable actually the original USB cable next to the main one that wasn't working but it showed the same error "USB Device not recognized"
FINALLY TODAY I TRIED THAT OTHER USB CABLE THAT SHOWED THE SAME ERROR A WEEK AGO, BUT FOR SOME REASON IT WORKED THIS TIME LIKE CHARM.

I tried a different cable I had laying around and *BOOM* like magic, all cleared up. My USB tethering is back, no errors, I can transfer files between my phone and laptop again. Thank you for this.
