WHAT I HAVE: I have a samsung smart tv AND a PC with hd7970 gpu, that has 2 dvi ports.
I have my PC and the TV connected with this: http://www.itpc.hu/img/p/7/0/1/701.jpg

But I want sound too. Is there any way via softwares or maybe with an adapter, to transfer sound, and to use only one cable?

Use the HDMI port coming out of your 7970, DVI does not transfer audio. There is no physical connections for audio on a DVI cable so no there is not an adapter or software to enable it. The 7970 should also have a couple display ports, if your TV does not accept that you can get a display port to HDMI converter.

I have these ports. maybe with a miniDisplayPort - Display port, and a Display port to HDMI will do that ?

Skip the middle man, just get a miniDisplayport to HDMI adapter or cable. No need to go from mini to full size and then to HDMI.

And will that carry sound?

Mini displayport ---> adapter http://hardverapro.hu/dl/uad/2014-08/2526461/1407309190... ---> hdmi to TV

Hard to tell from just a picture, if you already own this then just plug it in and see. I know there is a lot of confusion with active vs passive adapters and I haven't done enough research to explain it. I would do a quick google search to find out which one you need.
