*Note
This is my first time on so let me know if questions and help threads belong on a different part of the forum, this just seemed the most approprite.

The story in short-
So i recently started building my own computer for the first time, and now that all my parts have arrived and been assembled i cant seem to get any output. Parts are as follows.

As Rock Z97 pro 3 mobo
Intel Core i3-4130 3.4 proccessor
GTX 660 Windforce Graphics ( currently useing intigrated graphics for lack of an VGA/DVI converter)
G.SKILL Ares Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
1tb HDD
Rosewill 450W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Power Supply
All inside a Cooler Master HAF 912

What I have done so far-
First i double checked all wires.
Then i read through my motherboards manule and checked everything again.
I swaped my moniter with a one i know works and still nothing.
i installed the system speaker and started the troubleshooting process.
Initial startup, no beeps. Its not POSTing.
I removed the ram and and graphics card and upon startup i got the memory beeps.(so its not the mobo psu or proccessor)
I reinstalled the ram and upon startup i got no beeps.

My questions-
The system speaker should beep to indicate a problem such as no/broken graphics card, but i get no beeps with no graphics card installed. does this indicate a problem with my mobo or proccessor? I dont think so because its still capable of giveing me beeps for no RAM. What problem exactly does this response indicate?

additional details-
I do not have, nor am i capable of obtaining an additional psu or proccesor with witch to troubleshoot.

I am currently useing the intigrated graphics for lack of the proper cord for my graphics card.(mentioned above)

I have become increasingly frustrated and depressed over the past couple of days and would greatly appriciate any feedback or answers! Please, Anything!

I have a few guesses:

1) Did you turn on the PSU switch in the back of the computer? A circle is on and a line is off.
2) Did you plug the 4-pin or 8-pin adapter from the PSU into the "CPU Power" pins on the motherboard? This supplies power to the CPU, and without it nothing at all will happen when booting.
3) Did you plug the power switch (the cable that triggers the motherboard/PSU to turn on when you press your case power button) into the exact right spot? Usually it is pretty easy to find in your manual, but some smaller motherboards use the JFP1 pins for multiple cables, this being one of them, which needs to go in the top-left then of JFP1 on the motherboard (if present at all).

^^ #2 is common and #3 happened to me before.

This troubleshooting checklist was created for this type of problem. Perform all the steps in the checklist and let us know how it goes.

PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems!

yea, sorry i forgot to mention i already worked through that doing everything but the cmos.

@turkey3_scratch
The board actualy turns on though, im getting beeps from the system speaker, as mentioned in my first post. #s 1&2 are definitly not the problem, If by #3 you mean all the single/double pin connecters for power switch HDD led ect, then yes, those are correct as well.

Try removing the video card from the PCI-E slot and carefully putting it back in, maybe it's not placed properly. My old PC's video card needed to be placed pretty carefully from the back side first to make sure it's properly placed into the slot.
