how much fps will this pc get on minecraft

I do know that it is better to build your own pc, that said im a 15 year old boy and know nothing about all this pc stuff.im on a budget of 700$. I just want a good pc. Sadly i cant prebuild one, (i showed my father videos he said not doing it) but would this get me atleast 100 fps on minecraft medium settings? On medium settings, I can only predict 80-90+FPS, with 1GB of 7790 it should easily reach that or more. Just ask me and will help you out here.

How about with optifine? (Basically turns down the stuff that i dont really need like vsync)

Yes then maybe 90-100FPS, it will increase by ten as it is not a major significance yet. Yeah, synching with monitor is not needed.
