Your PC is not gonna work Legend the estimated wattage is 704watts and you have a 750 watt PSU. He needs atleast 150 watts breathing room.

Also the 12 percent difference in performance is not worth 300 dollars.

Under load the titan uses 384w, unless sli'ing adds another 366w, 750w is enough, don't always believe the estimates, yes, if the OP was a gamer then a 780ti would be better, but it's also a workstation, tirans are made for workstations, not to mention the 6gb vram will help in gaming and working

For a 3k build it is

for a low budget one yes, but a titan will just be better than a 780ti in any workstation related tasks, and 6gb of vram, helps not only with work, but multi monitor, 4k ready, future game ready too, 3gb vram isn't enough

Btw, your build has a matx board, tje gigabyte 780 tis have stability issues, overkill psu, don't thibk you will fit everything on that board
