How much power

I need some help on getting correct psu. My new (first) build is gonna be with the following parts..
cpu- Phenom 2 x6 1045T no oc
gpu- R9 280 (soon)
mobo- Asus M5A97 R2.0
ram-4 sticks of g skill Ares series (16gb total)
evo series 120gb for os
western digital blue 1tb for storage
cooler master 212 evo
all going in a haf 912

See my profile. My system is running on a 700W psu. Takes 600W max out of the socket. Recommendations are always higher than they need to be. Probably to be absolutely sure that it's enough.

I used to have a low quality 620W psu which couldn't supply half the wattage compared to my current one on the 12V rail. Just something to keep in mind when choosing a power supply. It's not all about the total output.

Look for quality manufacturers such as NZXT, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, Chieftec... Newer Cooler Master units aren't bad either.

I'm not gonna oc anything that's a lot of power. is that what I really need? asking cause I'm a noob.
