What is your budget and do you want full or mid tower?

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is regarded as the best budget CPU cooler, but if you really want to push the chip you need to go for big air like the Noctua NH-D14/15 or go for a large all-in-one water cooler like the Corsair H100i.

As for cases the Corsair 200R and 300R are the best budget cases, for a little more the Phanteks Enthoo Pro is an excellent value full tower case that has a built in PWM fan control which you don't even get on more expensive cases (most are voltage fan controls) or the NZXT H440 would have to be my favourite mid tower case but it doesn't have any bays for an ODD so you will need to use an external one.

A good Gamepad? ( I hate the Keyboard and mouse combo for games ) :p

Is my configuration good for the newer gaming titles & Video Editing?

I will also be using Video editing software's such as Premiere Pro, After Effects for Music videos etc ??
