The build seems to be faultless. But personally I would go with a Sapphire GPU because it is want of the best and biggest AMD GPU manufacturer currently are the best in my opinion. Although I have owned one before, but many people have and say there hasn't been a problem with it since the day it arrived. However, this maybe slightly expensive but great for the long run.

I would go with a Tier 1 PSU with that powerful build in my opinion. It will be used for overclocking and Crossfire, so you don't want to loose all the parts.
