Graphic Card Enough To Run 3 Monitors?

Hello! Will a SAPPHIRE TRI-X OC 100362-2SR Radeon R9 290 4GB be enough to run 3 24 inch
1920x1080 monitors? I highly doubt it but no harm in asking, thanks! The rest of the build:

Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII GENE LGA 1150

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz)

Cooling: Noctua NH-D15 SSO2 D-Type Premium CPU Cooler

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750G2

Ram: G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM

Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE TRI-X OC 100362-2SR Radeon R9 290 4GB

Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case

Hard Drive: Some old 2TB Western Digital I have :p

SSD: Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 500GB

One 27" what? 1080p or 1440p monitor? It will be fine on both :)

Sorry about the big gap :p I wasn't sure if i could handle 3 24 inch or if just should stick with my 27 1080

For 1080p the price to performance of the 290 cant be beat. You can max every game with nice frame rates.
