Replacing same motherboard

So recently my motherboard suffered an electrical short, so I have to replace it. So my question, if I replace it with the same motherboard, will I need to reinstall windows, or will it be fine?

It will probably be fine. Probably.
Try it and see. At worst, you'll have to call MS and reactivate the license via the phone robot.
