Hey guys so i am trying to build a pretty low end/cheap PC for some mmorpgs, which are nowhere as intense as BF4/COD and the such, so far i have http://imgur.com/YbdUe1g Im still debating on the graphics card, and also i was wondering if there was a way to lower the cost of this build, as in a different MOBO, or even the CPU. Thanks for the help in advance.
EDIT: i was thinking of adding the sapphire radeon R9 270X dual x-boost but this is rather expensive

This would be good if you plan to buy a GPU in the future, you could run some games on the integrated GPU at low settings but it is not ideal for gaming untill you can throw $100-150 at a GPU for it.
I Assumed that your case would fit an ATX mobo, let me know if it is smaller and needs a mATX
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($87.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($77.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $315.95
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If you don't plan to upgrade the GPU in the near future, this would be better for gaming now but not as good if you got a discrete GPU:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($125.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X Extreme4+ ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($75.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($77.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)

Basically the AMD build has a stronger integrated GPU than the intel build but the processor is weaker. The AMD cpu/mobo has no upgrade path while the intel build you could easily upgrade to an i5 or i7 on the same mobo.
Make sure you double check that your case fits a ATX sized mobo.

Best solution
Looks like it is a mATX so would need to change the mobo for both builds:

Also, do you already have a copy of windows? That usually costs around $100 and the copy that came with the lenovo is OEM so MS won't let you use the windows key on a new motherboard.

You would probably have to call microsoft and ask about the number of installs left or you could ask about transferring the license to a new mobo.
Getting a new OEM copy of windows 7 (only 1 mobo install):
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($84.98 @ OutletPC)
or windows 8:
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ OutletPC)
-can be moved to a new mobo but only 1 at a time.
