At least once a day, my Comcast modem (Motorola SB5120) drops its connection. When it does this, it stays blinking on the green "send" light. Sometimes disconnecting/reconnecting the power fixes it but usually I have to also disconnect/reconnect the coax as well to get it to work again. Is this a sign my modem is going bad or is the issue something else? I read other threads where people were able to decipher modem issues by posting the upstream/downstream logs so here is mine:

Downstream Value
Frequency 615000000 Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio 38 dB
QAM QAM256
Network Access Control Object ON
Power Level 7 dBmV
The Downstream Power Level reading is a snapshot taken at the time this page was requested. Please Reload/Refresh this Page for a new reading

Upstream Value
Channel ID 2
Frequency 29400000 Hz
Ranging Service ID 3786
Symbol Rate 5.120 Msym/s
Power Level 50 dBmV

I'd like to find out if these numbers are normal or are perhaps indicating a problem(s).

Thank you
