what cooler will look nice in my build?

I know there are a lot of mismatched colors here but any ideas what kind of cpu cooler might look nice with them? would prefer to stay under $60 budget and keep it pretty quite.

yeah I knew that when I got the ram but it was on sale for $100 for the 16gb. I will think about this one, right now not a fan of that style with the round heatsink.. but maybe after I see it a few times I will like it more :)

is that cooler pretty quite? I know the case fans I will be using are supposed to be very quite
