Palit Geforce GTX 760 Jetstream 2GB ~ $267
Msi N760 OC 2gb ~ $274

Is this MSI card very different than Palit GTX 760 that I should buy this MSI than the palit? It's only $10 difference, but when I see the picture, it has only 1 fan. Is this the real N760?

http://content.hwigroup.net/images/products/xl/193096/3...

Sapphire R9 270x DualX Boost OC 4GB ~ $241
Sapphire R9-270X Vapor-X Boost OC 2GB ~ $239

I'm willing to spend more dollars if the difference in performance between these Geforce and Sapphire cards are great.

My main question is: Is GTX 760 worth the difference (against R9 270x)?

My preferences are:

1. Playing BF 3 and 4 in high settings or below. (doesn't mind if the FPS is 30-40 only)
2. 18.5 inch LED AOC widescreen monitor
3. Play all COD in high settings or below
4. Play any third person shooter such as Ghost Recon in high settings

Can the Thermaltake Smart SP-650P power up these cards with no issue at all?

EDIT: There's someone in our country selling his ATI sapphire 7950 for only $197. Can 7950 defeat them all? I'm looking into it.

If you're willing to pay more to see a little difference, I'd recommend going with the MSI N760. Pretty good cooling, the overclocking is nice. Seems like a good deal.

If you would like to save those 35 dollars and do whatever else with them, go for the R9 270X Vapor-X, you won't be disappointed, nor you will notice that much difference either. By the way, you will not need the 4 GB VRAM in the Dual-X with that screen resolution either ways, so it'd be a waste of money. Vapor-X has better cooling/OC'ing as well as far as I know.

Good luck.

Guys, thanks for your quick reply. I edited my OP and I'm asking if HD 7950 can defeat these cards. Because someone is selling his card for $197.00 and he says that this card can defeat 270x/ 660 Ti/ 760 Ti/ and can compete with Gtx 770. Is it true?

Yeah. My friend told me that 4gb is useless. I guess i'll just pick up the VaporX one.

How about the Thermaltake? can it run the VaporX?

Yes, it can. If you think the card is in good condition, go for it.

EDIT: It's better than all listed cards except the 770, the 770 is a lot better but also a lot more expensive. Also, your PSU provides 650W which is more than enough for any video card so far.

Is it future proof? Can the 7950 carry the games for the next 2-3 years (disregarding the CPU used).

Depends on what video settings you're hoping for. Will it run games for the next 2-3 years without FPS drops regardless of video settings? Yes. Will it run games on high settings for the next 2-3 years? I doubt. Maybe for a year or two, but it won't exceed that.

If you're playing on an 18.5" display then I'm assuming it's not a 1080p monitor. If this is the case then you will be good and future proofed with a Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X w/ Boost http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B3WTWXU.

It also has a better price to performance ratio than the 760. To answer your question, get the 270X.

Which power supply should I choose here:

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2275016/thermalt...

Thermaltake Smart SP-650P ~ $67.44
Thermaltake SMART SE 730W ~ $69.76
Thermaltake Smart SP-650M ~ $60.4

I need the best one, highest quality, most stable in gaming modes.

I personally wouldn't choose any Thermaltake power supply. I'd stick to XFX, Corsair, EVGA Supernova, or Seasonic. The SeaSonic SSR-650RM http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00918N4A0 would be my first choice.

His budget is clearly a little too tight there. Anyhow, what you can do is look for a PSU providing 650W from one of those brands, and if you can buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the suggestion. I found Seasonic M12ii-750 Power Supply 750watts M-Series and XFX ProSeries 750W xxx Edition Modular Power Supply, both are in the Tier One list in the power supply tier list.

Which do you think is the better one? Only $1 difference. Are they both modular?

Either are excellent options. The SeaSonic is not modular so I'd get the XFX.

Get the XFX PSU, the 7950, and you're good to go.

If you have any more questions, let me know. Have a good one.

What's a modular and what are its advantages?

A modular PSU is one where you can attach the cables you need according to your needs and keep the rest away, so you wouldn't end up with a bad case of spaghetti cables inside your PC blocking the airflow, and well.. let's be honest, it looks like shit, not something you'd want to show your friends. It will basically come with the necessary cables already attached to it, other cables will be found in the box so you can plug them in and use them whenever you need. Pretty nice, I have an XFX 850 ProSeries XXX Edition Bronze 80+ myself, helped a lot with the space.

I see. I just watched it in Youtube. Does Xpredator X1 has cable management? If there is, it's a good case and I'll buy it for sure.

Can you please post here. I've added Gigabyte R9 270x Windforce into my selections of GPUs, because it's much cheaper. I'm also considering the performance differences. And I've added my conditions since I want to play for hours.
