So my MSI GTX 760 TWIN FROZR busted on me today. My screen turned off and the GPU's fan started spinning extremely fast. In panic I turned off my whole computer. I did a hard reset but still the problem occurred. So I opened up my system to investigate the problem. Sure yet, the CPU fan, PSU fan and the case fans were all fine but the GPU was spinning like mad. I put my hand up to feel the air coming out of the GPU, and it came too close, so snap went one of the GPU fan blades. 100% my fault for being an idiot. I'm afraid MSI are going to deny my RMA. SHould I just go out and get a new GTX 760 (From a different company) or should I try MSI RMA?

Ask this question to MSI...

...or consult a lawyer who specialises in whatever kind of law this falls under.
