My laptop is hp probook 4730s. I downloaded all drivers for Windows 7 x64 from hp site. The problem is with video drivers. To get hd3000 (intel) to work I need to get drivers from intel only, that's all right. I have tryed many different drivers (signed and not) from hp and ati and all give me non -workable results. In some cases I get black screen after windows 7 boot logo, sometimes white line blinks, and sometimes I get to windows and in task manager I get error: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). If I get run CCC I dont have any configurations there. What could it be?

CCC is not for Intel based gfx chipsets. It's for AMD based chipsets. They are not compatible. So if you have HD graphics and an AMD based card you need to change the default card in the BIOS settings.

HD3000 graphics is integrated in i5 CPU. As this is laptop I normally had option for Switchable Graphics Adapter in CCC. Right now I can't choose main GPU (AMD) because it has driver error (Code 43) and CCC can't run.

Try booting into safe mode and uninstalling ccc. Then reboot and reinstall the ccc with version 14.7 beta. You should probably download the beta before uninstalling.
