I just downloaded a few cool cursor schemes but something doesn't quite work with the "unavailable" cursor. You know how when you try to click and drag a link into somewhere it can't go, your cursor turns into that circle with a slash through it? Instead, my computer just switches to the default unavailable cursor. It's the same with my "normal" cursor when I try to drag a link into somewhere i can: it switches to the default one. Is this because Windows 7 was designed badly? Is it some sort of glitch, or something I accidently changed in the code? Please tell how to fix this, or if there is nothing I can do about it.
