my r9 280's (not the "x" version) is idling at 38C somethings wrong isn't it? Also sometimes my computers screen freezes and the only way to fix it is to do a reboot. So whats the problem here why is my idle temp 38C?

Memory can mess up things pretty bad. I have a bad memory stick myself and I keep experiencing issues with almost everything. Anyhow, you can download http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm and run it. You'll need a USB/CD to put it on then boot from it. Careful, though, last time I put it on a USB stick and removed it, most of the USB's space was put as unallocated space and that was quite stupid to be honest. If that happens to you, refer to this, it'll fix it.

but then why does my computer freeze when playing a game like titan fall? If i run the fans at 100% the game then never crashes.

63C is still stable and alright. Are you sure the problem with Titanfall is coming from your GPU? It's quite freaking buggy as far as I know. Been crashing here and there all the time as I tried to play it, but that could be because I have a bad RAM stick. Keep on going and let me know if anything changes. If your GPU goes on under full load without any issues for long enough, then your problem with Titanfall isn't caused by the GPU for all I know.

If you can monitor your GPU temperature while playing those games, that would be very helpful. Meantime, I have to catch some sleep, it's 5:35 AM and I'm still up. Hope you understand. I'll respond tomorrow if I'm able.
