If u are really into video editing, a gtx780+ , R9 280x+card will match the rest

The r9 280x is slightly under gtx 770, but does consume more power.
I usually recommand getting nvdia cards if u are not mining. Better drivers.
As whether u should sell the 660. It is a mid-high end card. and the rest of ur pc is consider pretty high end.
If u absolutely need the best out of the best, Id say sell and buy a 780ti.
If not, the 660 should last another year.
