Adjusting my Fans?

Hello people,

I would appreciate your opinions on the matter. I have Fans that aren't running on what should be their normal speeds.

I currently have 2 Case Fans running at about 1920 rpm by default, while they should run at 1800 rpm (don't know whether this might be a big problem or what).
I have another Fan that should run at 1800 rpm, but i can't see its statistics since it isn't connected to my Motherboard.

My final Case Fan should run at 1500 rpm, but runs around 550 rmp by default.

The final and most important Fan, my CPU one, should run between 300 - 1500 rpm and currently runs at around 750 rpm.

My fans are set on "Normal" mode in my BIOS. This basically stands for "Allow all Fans to run at different speeds according to the CPU and system temperatures.

I fear my Fans (certainly fear for my CPU Fan) might run at speeds they aren't intended for (might my PC reach certain tempertures).

What do you guys think i should do, try to adjust all rpm settings (with certain programs), or keep things (speeds) as they are such as the "Normal" default mode in my BIOS for the Fans?

Thanks in advance for any help or reply given!
