Lag/Major FPS/Performance Drop Suddenly

I've been having some interesting performance issues overall with my computer.
It's been progressively being unable to run all of my junk, and games and such have been lagging more and more and I tend to bring down the graphics more and more often. I'm not sure what's causing it. It's especially noticeable if I stream. I used to be able to stream and play on the same PC with next to no problem on medium to high settings for most games like Dragon Age 2, League, Borderlands 2.
But it's been getting worse and worse, I have no idea what's going on. I tried reformating (not specifically for that reason but overall) but that changed nothing either.

Specs:
Win7 64-bit
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Intel Core i7 3770k @ 3.50ghz
ATI Radeon HD 6950
16 GB DDR3 @ 667MHz RAM
SSD Main Drive

And if my system is just poor period, could someone inform me to the bottleneck? I'd like to make it be able to run more but without rebuilding everything.

I've had problems with CPU temps before so I made sure to get an aftermarket cooler, it doesn't breach ~47 C now under full load, 29-32 idle. As for the GPU: 50 Idling, 80-95 under heavy load. Rarely past 90.

I'm also pretty sure I have UEFI already installed.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors - before and during game play. The post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar. Just to check out your hardware's health.

What make and model power supply you got?

Have you got the CPU or GPU overclocked?

What CPU cooler you got?

CPU Cooler: ZALMAN CNPS9500A-LED 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Power Supply: XFX XPS - 650W - 3XXS

Nothing is overclocked or touched, I do use MSI Afterburner for my GPU, but only to increase fan speeds when the temp starts going up.

Cleaned it out recently during reformat, actually. I read though that GPU's tend to have a limit of 100-110 C and that 90 during full load isn't a problem. So is my GPU the problem then?

What ram have you got exactly?

Your CPU at idle is getting to 65C!!

Your GPU at idle is getting to 70C!!!

Get rid of any overclocks. Blow your case out with compressed air to get rid of built up dust from fans, filters and coolers. Bump up your fan speeds.

No, they don't.
My CPU at idle reaches 40 AT MOST, usually it hums at 37.
My GPU at idle reaches 60 AT MOST, usually it hums at 50.

No overclocks, case recently cleaned, fans sent to automatic based on temperature. (I use MSI for that)

As for my RAM exactly? Err..... Some kind of DDR3 667MHz. Should I get the exact model?

Pardon my ignorance, but you want me to go into my BIOS and log the temps there, right? 'Cause I don't think I can access the BIOS while playing. Kind of mutually exclusive.

Which would be understandable if I wasn't running the same games with the same settings. Hows about a bottleneck? What would you say is my weakest part right now?
