Where's the best place to post a thread about building entire systems?

Hey, sorry that this isn't specific to CPUs, but I'm going to be building my first computer soon and I had some questions about...well...it all as a unit. Basically, I want to write out my understanding of the steps I'll need to take to get it working so you experts can tell me if I'm going about it all correctly. What forum should I post this thread in?
