IS the Nvidia GeForce GTX780 good for gaming? I was going to buy the 780ti but i think its kind of expensive, so do you recommend me to waste a bit more of money for a lot of more speed or the 780 its just fine?

Solution
I've got both (sort of, have a 290X currently in my Z97), of the two, I'd suggest the 780 over the 290(X), most of my clients head to the 780 also as the 290 and 290Xs all run rather hot and are actually rebranded older GPUs (7970s)

The 780 will run basically anything extremely well (love mine, have a pair in SLI, Asus CU, but they are great as single card also, better than my 290X Matrix), have played with a number of 780TIs, and am thinking of picking one up, but keep seeing other things I want to spend the money on :) + I'm waiting for the new 8xx line to come out (and have been waiting :( )

And what about a R9 290? Because i can buy the 780 but i think its a bit expensive, and should i sell the one i have and buy the 780 or the R9 290? What would you recommend me for, as i said, gaming, editing and streaming?
