I am looking for a low-end gaming pc. Here is a list of games I want to play.(Minimum):
TF2
BF2
CoD Black Ops
CoD MW2 and MW3
Minecraft
Most low end games that I play on this one. I don't want to build but it's cheaper... Unless you guys can find a cheap i3 Desktop....

This PSU is not recommended.
1 TB hard drive is the same price
8 GB of RAM for games is a must.

I'll get any pc better than my HP EliteBook 6930p
The specs are:
4gb ddr2 ram
Mobile C2D P8700
350GB HDD
So it sucks.
I don't do Ebay.... sorry.

You could also combine a Intel Pentium G3258 dual core CPU with a H81 board for the same price as 760K with A78 board.

But there is no garantee the board will come with a Bios recent enough to support the CPU which means you could not even boot the computer. so to be save you would have ti get a H97/Z97 board which cost much more and make the G3258 not a so good choice.

Is the A6-7400K 3.50GHZ any better than the Athlon? I noticed it was $79.95. (Sorry for misplacing the $ on the last post.) I'm a geeky kid, but not that good with CPUs and GPUs.....

Yes it should run them without problem except for minecraft which is CPU intensive and with mod and other things added will give you playable FPS 30-40

Of course you can always lower image quality setting to get more FPS..

Keep also in mind that this AMD CPU is made to be overclocked. You can get 10-15 % performance boost by overclocking. Of course, to get a good overclock you would need an aftermarket cooler, but you don't have to do this now. Wait and see.
