problem with games??

Im having trouble with my gpu, I have a gigabyte radeon r9 280x. Iv installed all my drivers and gigabyte guru but im having trouble playing any games. I noticed that my voltage and memory is locked at 0 volts and 0 memory. Might this be why i cant play any of my games?

My components are Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor, ASRock H87M Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard, G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory,Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive, Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card, Corsair VS 650W ATX Power Supply.
Everything is brand new besides the graphics card. Iv just bought a brand new graphics card and it should arrive tomorrow. So I guess ill find out if its the graphics card or not
