Crossfiring R9 280 Dual-X OC

Would there be any problems with Crossfiring R9 280 Dual-X OC UEFI with R9 280 Dual-x?

I don't believe so as they are both using the same exact gpu.

Not at all. The OC version will just clock down to the lower base clock which is the non OC. So everything would be fiend, if you can fork out a little bit more Ago with the OC version of the R9 280.

So no issues at all mate. :D

Awesome thanks! I wonder if anyone has an opinion on whether I could overclock the basic card to the same speed as the OC edition, and then crossfire them. If not, I'll deal with the slightly lower clock. Heck, cutting down on the heat a bit might be a good idea anyways. I wish I could get the OC edition, but the low price I can get this one for is what makes me want to attempt crossfire.

If it the GPU can be overclocked than overclock it to the same frequency. But to be honest there will not be much of a difference. Just stay with it.
