Best sub $130 LGA 1150 CPU?

Then hands down get the Asus Maximus Hero VII if you are able to fork out the splash for it. It is the best in my opinion as you get all the great features like overclocking and great integrated sound card.

Are there any CPUs with a significant performance difference if I raise my budget up to $160?
