I need a one headphone only solution for my setup. I don't want to disturb everyone in the house and would like the audio to be streamed from a TV and a laptop to a single headphone.

Can someone suggest a combination of bluetooth transmitter and receiver, details about my setup and my requirements are below.

Transmitter:
My TV model is Samsung H6400. It has issues with bluetooth audio, Samsung uses "soundshare" (a slightly altered version of bluetooth) which normally doesn't connect with any non-Samsung device. So, I definitely would have to buy a bluetooth transmitter.
Constraint: it should be able to transmit audio while being charged via a usb (or if required a power cable).

Receiver:
I have 2 options
buying a bluetooth headset or buy a bluetooth audio receiver. Both have constraints mentioned below.
Constraint 1: Should be able to connect to multiple sources simultaneously (here the laptop and the above mentioned TV transmitter)
Constraint 2: should be able to work while charging.
Constraint 3: the headphone type should be in-ear.

I am not an audiophile. So, I am not looking for high end products, decent quality product would be fine.

If you guys can think of any other solution that would be nice.

PS: Also, I am a bluetooth novice, so I don't know if the transmitter and receiver are of different brands, then, will they be able to pairup or not. If someone could shed some light on it then that would be nice.

Gaurav Kadyan

I don't think that bluetooth protocols allow for simultaneous pairing. The solution is to connect the audio output of the PC and TV to a mixer like this
http://www.amazon.com/Rolls-MX42-Stereo-Mini-Mixer/dp/B...
and let that feed a bluetooth transmitter like this

If the TV does not have analog audio outputs you would need a DAC like this to convert to analog:
