Laptop can't run gta iv

Specs for laptop in my sig.

Runs game buttery smooth (Lenovo y550p) but nvidia gt240m usually idles 65c but when gaming stays at 90C and on gta iv tho even with fps limitted to 30 goes to 106c and I have to alt tab and wait for temps to lower be4 playing

Try cleaning out your fans. Also, what surface are you playing on? And if you have anything over 90C you should be extremely worried as that's when the GPU & CPU will start breaking down; regardless of which part is that hot.
