Coretemp, CPU Thermometer, AND HW Monitor can't read my cpu temp. I googled this but all I was led to was a thread saying that the user needed to unlock his CPU, however, the 760K already comes unlocked... right?

Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 GAMING FM2+

Update: So I finally found a solution... It's MSI's Command Center. (I have 45C Full Load with 300MHz OC :)  ) Thanks for the help!

I can only find thermal margin and I have no idea how to calculate that into cpu temp.

You can get the socket temp without going into BIOS, just use HWinfo64 it will be under your motherboard sensors

I'll try that and tell you the results.

HWInfo shows 29C as CPU Temp and 80C as package temp at full load. Which is it?

amd overdrive works if you know how to read it, thermal margin is 74c - (curent temp), and is basically how far you are from throttling
